Welcome to The Table and Terrace. By booking our services, purchasing our products, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services

The Table and Terrace provides seasonal décor styling, tablescape design, and small-scale event styling services.

All services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a signed proposal or booking agreement and required deposit.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Quotes, Deposits, and Payments

Written quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to secure your booking.

Final payment is due on or before the installation date unless otherwise specified in writing.

Payments may be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled date may be rescheduled without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to service will forfeit the deposit.

If weather, illness, or emergencies require rescheduling, we will work with you to find the next available date.
4. Property Access & Safety

Clients must ensure safe, clear, and accessible work areas for our team.

We are not responsible for delays or inability to complete services due to unsafe or inaccessible conditions.

Clients agree to provide electrical access and any necessary site permissions.
5. Décor Items, Rentals & Damage

All décor items provided remain the property of The Table and Terrace unless sold to the client.

Clients are responsible for the care of rented items during the display period.

Any lost, damaged, or stolen items will be billed at full replacement cost.
6. Photography & Marketing

The Table and Terrace reserves the right to photograph or film installations for portfolio and marketing purposes.

We will not disclose personal client information when using such images.

If you do not wish to have your project photographed, you must notify us in writing before installation.
7. Liability

We are insured and take precautions to ensure safe installation and removal.

The Table and Terrace is not liable for injuries, property damage, or loss arising from unsafe site conditions, misuse of décor items, or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather).
8. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and images created by The Table and Terrace remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Website & Online Use

All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is owned by The Table and Terrace and protected by copyright law.

You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.
10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
