The Table and Terrace

At The Table and Terrace, we take great care to ensure that all products and décor pieces arrive safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the packing, shipping, and delivery of items purchased from us.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated in your proposal or order confirmation.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of purchase.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Local deliveries within the Melbourne, FL area may be handled by our in-house team.

  • Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional fee.

 

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

  • Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or listed in your invoice.

  • Local delivery fees (if applicable) will be quoted separately.

 

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on destination.

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Table and Terrace is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, or service disruptions).

 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

  • For local deliveries, we will contact you directly to coordinate drop-off.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect all shipments upon arrival.

  • If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

  • We will work with you and the carrier to file a claim and, if possible, send a replacement.

 

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the continental United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.
